The tall frame is very useful when you have to rest a pallet on the frame of the forks. The added D-ring is very helpful to attach anything I need to drag with the forks as well. I can honestly say that our 30 ton skid steers.com splitter is probably our best investment yet. As a small, family owned firewood business, it has really sped up the process for us. We no longer have to struggle to move large rounds. It has no problems splitting thru rounds of any species. For boiler wood, it can make the perfect size pieces. Clearing property for a new house. Tried out the Blue Diamond Extreme Duty Brush Cutter. The Brush Cutter did a great job easily clearing a fencerow. Plan on using it to clear out a lot for our new home.

Using the Severe Duty Cutter with a Cat 289D Low Flow and this thing is a beast. We used it to cut down and mulch up trees from 4" to 6" in diameter. This was for lot clearing to building future multi-family housing. It knocked everything down and chewed it up. Very happy with the performance of this unit.
